Tera Software Limited has announced the receipt of Letters of Intent (LOIs) totalling Rs 273,12,03,936.96 (excluding GST). These LOIs, to be executed over two years, are for providing door-to-door meter reading, spot bill generation, bill distribution, and bill collection services for Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (MVVNL). The projects are divided into three clusters: Cluster-09 (Lucknow Central, Devipatan, and Raibareilly) valued at Rs 90,06,77,980.80, Cluster-05 (Agra, Firozabad, and Kanpur-2) valued at Rs 75,40,02,159.36, and Cluster-12 (Azamgarh and Basti) valued at Rs 107,65,23,796.80.
These LOIs signify a substantial expansion of Tera Software's operations in the electricity distribution sector. The projects cover significant geographical areas within Uttar Pradesh, indicating MVVNL's confidence in Tera Software's capabilities.
