The main indices experienced strong trading on Friday, with the BSE Sensex Index up 355.06 points or 0.62 per cent, to 59,463.93 and the Nifty-50 Index up 114.45 points, or 0.67 per cent, to 17,100.05.

The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 107.62 per share and a 52-week low of Rs 11.71.

It implied that for every 100 shares held, shareholders would receive 24 bonus shares as of the record date. The company verified the record date as Saturday, March 25, 2023.   

Growington Ventures India Ltd, commonly known as VMV Vacations, is in the business of offering all travel and tourism-related services, such as booking flights, vacation packages, hotels and resorts, vehicle rentals, visas, event management and wedding planning.
