The sudden rise in the stock price is due to the company announcing bonus shares share in the ratio of 1:1 and a final dividend of 50 per cent or Rs 5 per equity share having a face value of Rs 10 each. The company verified the record date for dividend as Tuesday, July 12, 2023 and for bonus shares, the record date has been confirmed as Monday, July 24, 2023.

NDR Auto Component operates in the auto components industry and manufactures seat frames and trims for four-wheelers and two-wheeler vehicles and other accessories relating to car seats. According to the financials, NDR Auto has a market cap of Rs 546.76 crore with a 1-year stock price CAGR of 110 per cent.

The company reported positive numbers in its Quarterly Results (Q4FY23) and annual results (FY23). The net sales increased by 75.89 per cent to Rs 1,091 crore and net profit increased by 38.73 per cent to Rs 39.40 crore in FY23 over FY22.
