Overnight Digest: Stocks to keep an eye on November 4

Keep an eye on these stocks for Friday's trading session.

Ending marginally lower, Sensex was down 69.68 points or 0.11 per cent at the 60,836.41 level while Nifty was down 30.10 points or 0.17 per cent at the 18,052.70 level. Apart from bank, realty and FMCG all other indices ended the trading session in negative territory.  

Top Nifty gainers included SBI, Titan Company, UPL, HUL and HUL while Tech Mahindra, Hindalco Industries, Power Grid Corporation, NTPC and Infosys comprised of the Nifty losers.

Coromandel InternationalIn a volatile market, the shares of Coromandel International managed to end 2.15 per cent higher. The company declared Quarterly Results for Q2FY23. The company has posted 42.6 per cent rise in net profit of Rs 740.5 crore versus Rs 519.3 crore while revenue was up 64.5 per cent at Rs 10,113.4 crore, compared to Rs 6,147.5 crore on a YoY basis. 

Alembic Pharmaceuticals - Alembic Pharmaceuticals today announced that it has received final approval from the US Food & Drug Administration for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Ketorolac Tromethamine Injection USP. This is the second injectable product approval from their General Sterile Facility (F-3) which was inspected in August, 2022. Reacting to the news, the shares of this pharma company hit its 3-month high price and gained up to 7.65 per cent on an intraday basis.  

Relaxo Footwears - The shares of Relaxo Footwears fell up to 7 per cent in Thursday's trading session. This down move came owing to dim September quarter results. The company's EBITDA margins contracted to 8.9 per cent, down 445 bps year-on-year (YoY) and 400 bps on a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis on the back of rising raw material cost. The company’s revenue for the quarter declined 6 per cent YoY to Rs 670 crore.  

Price Volume Breakout Stocks - In a bearish market today, the stocks which witnessed a price volume breakout comprised of Rites, Raymond, Rail Vikas Nigam, Central Bank of India and Jubilant Ingrevia. Watch out for these stocks in Friday's trading session.
