Overnight Digest: Stocks to watch out for on October 18

Bulls kept their charge for the sixth consecutive session on October 14 amid some ups and downs in foreign funds flow, setting the mood perfect for celebrating the Dussehra.

On Thursday, the benchmark indices climbed to newer highs as a buying sentiment spread across sectors. The BSE Sensex surpassed the 61,000 mark and the Nifty50 crossed 18,300 on an intraday basis for the first time.

Apart from auto, all other sectoral indices ended in the green, with infra, IT, realty, PSU Bank, power and metal indices gaining a per cent each. In the broader markets, BSE midcap and smallcap added 0.5 per cent each.

Keep a watch on the following stocks for Monday's trading session:

It was a formal transfer of the airport to Adani Thiruvananthapuram International Airport Ltd (ATIAL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd. Under the agreement with the Airports Authority of India (AAI), ATIAL will operate the airport for the next five decades.

Bayer CropScience - On Wednesday, the company approved the sale of its traded seeds business related to cotton, millet, mustard and sorghum crops along with real estate property owned by the company at Patancheru, Telangana, to Crystal Crop Protection on a slump sale basis for a total consideration of Rs 62 crore.
