Overnight Digest: These small caps will be in focus tomorrow

On Wednesday, Indian equity markets recorded losses for the second day in a row. Frontline indices Nifty 50 and Sensex fell by 0.96 per cent and 1.08 per cent, ending the volatile session at 17,938.40 and 60,098.82, respectively. BSE Small-cap index held its ground and outperformed broader markets by closing at 30,551.15, marginally up by 0.03 per cent.

Saregama India – The company announced its financial results for the third quarter of the financial year 2021-22. Q3 FY22 profit before tax (PBT) came in at Rs 58 crore against Rs 41.4 crore in the corresponding quarter last year (i.e. 40 per cent growth YoY). The company’s operating income before content charge, interest and depreciation (OIBCID) increased to Rs 62.9 crore in Q3 FY22 from Rs 43.6 crore in the corresponding quarter last year (i.e. 44 per cent growth YoY). The company’s board has declared an interim dividend of Rs 30 per share.
DJ Mediaprint & Logistics – The company has informed the exchange that it has secured printing orders from the LIC of India - Kottayam Division.
Garment Mantra Lifestyle – The company announced its financial results for the third quarter of the financial year 2021-22. Revenue from operations has increased by 158.50 per cent from Rs 22.241 crore in Q3FY21 to Rs 57.492 crore in Q3 FY22. Net profit has increased by 158.91 per cent from Rs 1.293 crore in Q3FY21 to Rs 3.348 crore in Q3 FY22
