Penny stock: This company with a Rs 40 crore market cap bags multiple orders worth Rs 17.92 crore!

Shares of this company jumped more than 30 per cent in the last six months.

Marine Electricals (India) informed in the exchange filling that the company has secured major orders for supply and installation of LT Panels from Electromech Infraprojects Private Limited and Listenlights Pvt. Ltd for Morgan Stanley project MS Parivarthan - Main Goregaon, the delivery of the order shall be made over a period of 4 months. The order is worth Rs 11.60 crore.  

The company also received another order worth Rs 6.32 crore for electrical work onboard for the yard. The order is received from Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited, and the order is to be completed by over a period of 2 years. 

On Thursday, the stock opened at Rs 39.45, with a high and low of Rs 41.40 and Rs 38.35. The stock closed trading at 40.80, down by 4.34 per cent.  

The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 42.85 and a 52-week low of Rs 25. The company has a ROCE of 13.5 per cent and an ROE of 8.89 per cent. The company has a market capitalisation of Rs 40.8 crore.   

In the last 6 months the shares of the company have given about 33 per cent returns and in the last one year, the stock has gained more than 23 per cent.  

Marine Electricals (India) Limited is an integrated technical services provider in the fields of electrical automation and information and communication technology solutions.
