In Q4FY25, the company reported net sales of Rs 182.08 crore and the net profit increased by 26.4 per cent to Rs 46.29 crore in Q4FY25 compared to Q4FY24. In FY25 results, the net sales increased by 8 per cent to Rs 711.11 crore and the net profit increased by 12 per cent to Rs 200.12 crore compared to FY24.

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 10 per cent, amounting to Re 0.10 per equity share of Re 1 each, for the financial year ending March 31, 2025; this proposed dividend is contingent upon the approval of the company's shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the Board considered and approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debt Securities (NCDs) through private placement, within the existing shareholder-approved borrowing limit of Rs 9000 crore and authorized the Operation and Finance Committee to finalise the terms and conditions for the issuance of these NCDs in one or more tranches.
