Stocks to watch: These small-cap stocks will be in focus on Friday!

The following Small-Cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Friday, January 20, 2022:

On Thursday, the Sensex declined by 187.31 points to close at 60,858.43, while the Nifty 50 slipped 57.50 points to close at 18,107.85. Among the Nifty Top Gainers were Coal India, UPL, ONGC, BPCL and SBI Life Insurance while Adani Enterprises, Asian Paints, Tata Motors, IndusInd Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank were among the Top Losers.  

The following Small-Cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Friday, January 20, 2022:    

 

India Glycols: The company has informed the exchange that it has executed a power delivery agreement with Renew Green Private Limited to procure 17.5 MW AC Wind Solar Hybrid Power. The Company will subscribe equity shares aggregating upto INR 20.30 crore in one or more tranches.  

Brooks Laboratories: The company informed the exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company will inter alia be considering the proposal of Right Issue of Equity Shares to existing shareholders of the Company and approval of notice of postal ballot at its meeting scheduled to be held on January 25, 2023.  

Tirupati Tyres: The company informed the exchange that they have received in-principle approval for the issue of 2,10,00,000 warrants convertible into 2,10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to be issued at a price not less than Rs 25 to non-promoters on a preferential basis.  

52-week high: Anand Rathi, Gravita India, Kamat Hotels, Mold-Tek Technologies, Ray Rayon
