Stocks to watch: These small-cap stocks will be in focus on Monday!

Rolex Rings, Sterling Tools, Axita Cotton, Kohinoor Foods, Kritika Wires, Voltamp Transformers, and Choice International made a fresh 52-week high today

On Friday, Indian equity markets extended yesterday's gains to close in the green territory. Nifty 50 and Sensex closed at 15,699.30 and 52,727.98 respectively, up by 0.90 per cent each. 

BSE Smallcap index significantly outperformed broader markets by recording gains of 1.60 per cent to close at 24,521.93. Top Losers comprise Techno Electric & Engineering, Sadbhav Infrastructure Projects, Brightcom Group, Man Infraconstruction and Elecon Engineering.

The following small-cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Monday, June 27, 2022:   

Oriental Rail Infrastructure - Oriental Foundry Private Limited, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary has secured an order worth Rs 17.84 crore from Braithwaite & Co. Ltd (a Govt of India undertaking), Ministry of Railways for manufacturing and supplying 'bogie'. With this order, the company's total order book stands at Rs 1,841.09 crore and is the highest-ever order book value on a consolidated basis in the company's history. 

Imagicaaworld Entertainment - Malpani Group (MPG), a Maharashtra-based diversified business group with a leading presence in the amusement park business, has acquired a 66.25 per cent stake in the company by way of preferential allotment of equity shares worth Rs 415 crore. The lenders to the company have completed a debt resolution for Rs 575 crore, which includes the assignment of their debt to Aditya Birla ARC for Rs 500 crore and the lenders were also issued equity shares by way of conversion of debt, aggregating to Rs 75 crore by the company.  

Healthcare Global Enterprises - The company has entered into a business transfer agreement (BTA) with Radiant Hospital Services Pvt Ltd for the acquisition of its radiation therapy centre along with its assets located at Sambalpur (Odisha) for a cash consideration of Rs 16 crore.  

52-week high stocks – Rolex Rings, Sterling Tools, Axita Cotton, Kohinoor Foods, Kritika Wires, Voltamp Transformers, and Choice International made a fresh 52-week high today.
