The Indian markets in a high trick session touched a new lifetime high on Wednesday amid positive global cues and falling crude oil prices.

The Indian markets in a high trick session touched a new lifetime high on Wednesday  amid positive global cues and falling crude oil prices, including support from heavyweights. The benchmark indices Nifty and Sensex settled above 18750 and 63100 levels, respectively, after surging nearly 1 per cent. The domestic equity benchmarks ended with strong gains on Wednesday, rising for the seventh trading session.

Manali PetrochemicalManali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL), India's only integrated manufacturer of polyols and a part of AM International, Singapore, today closed the acquisition of Penn Globe Limited. The transaction was based on an Enterprise Value of GBP 21 million. The shares of Manali Petrochemical soared by 1.35 per cent and ended at Rs 82.50 per share today.

 

PTC IndustriesPTC Industries Limited today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Safran Aircraft Engines, which is engaged in, inter alia, design, development, manufacturing and maintenance of civil and military aircraft engines as well as other aerospace and defence-related equipment. The PTC Industries stocks rallied 3.84 per cent today to settle at Rs 2895 per share.

 

Hinduja Global Solutions Hinduja Global Solutions today announced the opening of a new multilingual customer experience (CX) hub in Colombia to support customers with English, Spanish, and Portuguese CX requirements. The shares of Hinduja Global Solutions jumped nearly 8 per cent to close at Rs 1316 per share.

 

Kilpest India3B BlackBio Biotech India Limited, a subsidiary of Kilpest lndia has today, announced the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOl) to acquire 100 per cent shares of a European based company that specializes in the development and manufacture of innovative high-quality products for the life science and molecular diagnostic markets.
