On March 20, 2023, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited informed in the exchange filing that the company has emerged as a successful bidder for the BOS package comprising four (4) blocks of 300MW(AC) each in the proposed 1200MW Solar PV Project of NTPC Renewable Energy Limited at Khavda RE Power Park, Rann of Kutch, Gujarat with an aggregate capacity of 1500 MW (DC). The total bid value, including O&M for 3 years, would be Rs 2,100 crore (inclusive of taxes).
Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited is one of the leading end-to-end solar engineering, procurement and construction solutions providers globally and is also engaged in the operation and maintenance of solar power projects. The company is backed by the strong parentage of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group.
Today, the stock opened at Rs 313, with a high and low of Rs 319 and Rs 311. The stock previously closed at Rs 299.40. The stock is currently trading at Rs 316.15, up by 5.59 per cent.
In the last six months, the shares of the company have given about -1 per cent returns and on a YTD basis, the stock has given about 15 per cent returns.
The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 400 and a 52-week low of Rs 255.25. The company has a market capitalisation of Rs 5,989 crore.
