The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 84.65 on 26-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 29.10 on 24-Sep-2021. Dhruv Consultancy Services has received Letter of Award (LOA) for the Independent Engineer Services for development of Access Controlled Six Lane (expandable to eight lane) Greenfield ‘Ganga Expressway’ in the state of Uttar Pradesh (UP) on DBFOT Toll Basis under PPP from the office of Chief Executive Officer, Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA), Lucknow. Independent Engineer Services Fee for the said Project will be Rs 22.77 crore excluding GST. The contract period will be of 60 months.

The June quarter sales of the company is Rs 18 crore with a operating margin of 7.7 per cent.
