NBCC (India) informed that it has been awarded a work order from The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT). The project includes the construction of a new campus for IIFT at Kakinada. The project is worth Rs 229.81 crore.
NBCC (India) Limited is a Navratna Enterprise of the Government of India, operating under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. The company is divided into three major business segments: project management consultancy, engineering procurement and construction and real estate.
This PSU company has a market capitalization of Rs 6,675.20 crore, according to the financials. In both its quarterly and annual results, the company reported positive numbers. According to quarterly consolidated financial statements, in Q3FY23, net sales recorded were Rs 2,135.78 crore, up by 7.03 per cent compared to net sales of Rs 1,995.53 crore in Q3FY22.
The stock gave over 7 per cent in just 5 trading sessions. The company's shares went public on April 13, 2012 and have since generated multibagger returns of 498.10 per cent. This Mid-Cap stock should be monitored by investors.
