This mid-cap company receives new orders worth Rs 2,477 crore!

Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd informed both the exchanges (BSE & NSE) that the company & its international subsidiaries have secured new orders/notification of awards worth Rs 2,477 crore. Orders are in the T&D business of Rs 1,181 crore in India and overseas markets and EPC projects in the water business of Rs 1,296 crore 

Today, shares of the company surged 2 per cent to Rs 569.90 per share from its previous closing of Rs 558.75. The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 597.15 and a 52-week low of Rs 332.30. 

Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd is a global EPC player with diversified interests in power transmission and distribution, oil and gas pipelines, railways and biomass-based power generation.  

According to the financials, Kalpataru Power Transmission has a market cap of Rs 9070 crore. The company reported a positive number in the Quarterly Results (Q3) which were recently released by the company. In Q3FY23, the company did net sales of Rs 4,004 crore and a net profit of Rs 109 crore with a 1-year CAGR of 50 per cent. 

The stock is up by 9.26 per cent in 1 month, up by 40.34 per cent in 6 months and up by 52.53 per cent in 1 year. Investors should keep an eye on this Mid-Cap company.
