This Navratna Enterprise bags a work order worth Rs 500 crore!

Since the stock is listed on the exchanges (April 13, 2012) the stock gave multibagger returns of 465.56 per cent till today.

NBCC (India) informed that it has been awarded the work order Government of Puducherry worth Rs 500 crore. The work order includes the construction of a government medical college and hospital at Karaikal, Puducherry. The time period by which the order is to be executed is yet to be finalised.  

Today, shares of NBCC (India) Ltd surged 0.79 per cent to Rs 35.87 per share from its previous closing of Rs 35.59 with an intraday high of Rs 37.19 and low of Rs 35.70. The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 43.80 and a 52-week low of Rs 26.70.   

A Navratna Company of the Indian Government, NBCC (India) Ltd is a part of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. Project management consultation, engineering procurement and construction and real estate make up the company's three main business divisions.  

This PSU company has a market capitalization of Rs 6,456.60 crore, according to the financials. In both its quarterly and annual results, the company reported positive numbers.  

 According to quarterly consolidated financial statements, in Q3FY23, net sales recorded were Rs 2,135.78 crore, up by 7.03 per cent compared to net sales of Rs 1,995.53 crore in Q3FY22.   

The stock is up by 3.62 per cent in 1 month, 4.53 per cent in last 6 months and since the stock is listed on the exchanges (April 13, 2012) the stock gave multibagger returns of 465.56 per cent till today. Investors should keep an eye on this stock.
