Top three PSU stocks that were buzzing in the market today!

These three PSU stocks were the top gainers on December 27.

The S&P BSE PSU index closed in green today with a gain of 85.88 points or 0.88 per cent. Out of 55 stocks, 42 advanced, 11 declined and 2 stocks remained unchanged.     

Meanwhile, shares of KIOCL Limited (up 11.10 per cent), National Aluminium Co. Limited (up 6.48 per cent) and Indian Overseas Bank (up 5.88 per cent) were the Top Gainers at S&P BSE PSU today.     

In the last one month, shares of KIOCL Limited gained about 6.21 per cent, National Aluminium Co. Limited jumped more than 5 per cent and Indian Overseas Bank declined by almost 1 per cent. Whereas, the S&P BSE PSU index has given -1.81 per cent returns in the last one month.  

Today, shares of KIOCL Ltd jumped more than 11 per cent, the stock opened at Rs 195.80 and made a high and low of Rs 215.55 and Rs 194.50, respectively with a previous close of Rs 192.40 on BSE.    

National Aluminium Co. shares gained 6.48 per cent, the stock opened at Rs 75.00 and made a high and low of Rs 79.35 and Rs 74.90, respectively with a previous close of Rs 74.05 on BSE.  

Another constituent of S&P BSE PSU index that rallied was Indian Overseas Bank gaining 5.88 per cent in today’s session to close at Rs 33.30. Today, the intraday high and low of Indian Overseas Bank were Rs 34.20 and Rs 31.35, respectively.
