which is the biggest purchase made by an individual in the last twelve months. And it’s a testimony to the fact that he believes that the shares were worth buying even at this price.   

The share price of HBL Power Systems Limited is on cloud nine as the stock jumped over 7 per cent in the initial part of the trading session.  

Interestingly, the stock has surpassed its prior trading session volume and also, recorded its highest single-day volume since October 18. And, it’s worth observing that it’s just been only a couple of hours into Wednesday’s trading session.  

I’m sure you must have heard the phrase, ‘when God gives, he gives abundantly’; this has turned out to be true for this stock as it witnessed a breakout of stage three consolidation pattern along with robust volume. Furthermore, promoter Aluru Prasad has recently invested in the stock, which is the biggest purchase made by an individual in the last twelve months. And it’s a testimony to the fact that he believes that the shares were worth buying even at this price.   

HBL Power Systems Limited energises critical applications through its storage battery solutions. The company’s prowess in developing technology solutions has enabled it to create pioneering products & solutions for the Indian Railways as well as the Defence. The company has organised its business into three major verticals - batteries, electronics and defence. Around 76 per cent of the revenue of the company comes from the batteries segment.   

It’s the only Indian company to offer high powered pure lead thin plate (PLT) battery. It is the world’s second-largest manufacturer of nickel-cadmium (NCPP) batteries with pocket plates, sintered plates, and fibre plate technologies. It is also one of the largest suppliers of batteries for various defence applications. Hence, keep a close watch on this stock!
