Corporate Actions for the Week of May 26 - 30, 2025: Dividends, Buybacks, Rights Issues

In the upcoming week from May 26 to May 30, 2025, several key corporate actions are scheduled across small-cap, mid-cap, and large-cap companies.

In the upcoming week from May 26 to May 30, 2025, several key corporate actions are scheduled across Small-Cap, Mid-Cap, and Large-Cap companies. These include final and interim dividends, rights issues, share buybacks, and income distributions by Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs), presenting potential opportunities for investors monitoring Quarterly Results or preparing for long-term investment strategies.

On Monday, May 26, five companies are lined up for action. Archean Chemical Industries Ltd will pay a final dividend of Rs 3 per share, while Black Rose Industries Ltd will distribute an interim dividend of Rs 0.50 per share. Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd, a notable small-cap player, has declared a final dividend of Rs 1 per share. Pearl Global Industries Ltd, a mid-cap stock, will pay an interim dividend of Rs 6.50 per share. Additionally, Maple Infrastructure Trust will distribute income under its InvIT structure.

On Tuesday, May 27, Man Infraconstruction Ltd is scheduled to pay an interim dividend of Rs 0.45 per share. L&T Finance Ltd, a financial services major, will issue a final dividend of Rs 2.75 per share, and Trident Ltd will distribute Rs 0.50 per share as interim dividend. Wednesday, May 28 will see three major dividend announcements. Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd will pay an interim dividend of Rs 27 per share, ITC Ltd will issue a final dividend of Rs 7.85 per share, and Kennametal India Ltd has announced a high interim dividend of Rs 40 per share. On the same day, Markobenz Ventures Ltd will launch a rights issue offering shares at Rs 10.20 each in a 5:2 ratio, allowing investors to apply for 5 shares for every 2 held, possibly attracting those eyeing IPO-like participation in rights issues.

On Thursday, May 29, Tata Consumer Products Ltd will pay a final dividend of Rs 8.25 per share, while POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust will distribute income under its InvIT structure.

Friday, May 30 is the most eventful day of the week, featuring several high-profile dividend declarations. Bajaj Finance Ltd will pay a final dividend of Rs 44 per share, Infosys Ltd will distribute Rs 22 per share, and GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd will issue a final dividend of Rs 42 per share. Other companies issuing dividends include Angel One Ltd (Rs 26), Caplin Point Laboratories Ltd (Rs 3), Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd (Rs 0.10), Ponni Sugars (Erode) Ltd (Rs 3), UNO Minda Ltd (Rs 1.50), and Vimta Labs Ltd (Rs 2). Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust will also distribute InvIT income.

Bharat Bhushan Finance & Commodity Brokers Ltd will issue a rights issue offering shares at Rs 10 each in a 1:1 ratio. Meanwhile, Ujaas Energy Ltd has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 17:25, meaning 17 shares will be issued for every 25 shares held on the record date. These corporate actions may appeal to investors keeping an eye on multibagger prospects and market developments.
