Promotor Backed Construction Company Executes Rs 923 Crore Concession Deal For 6-Lane Ludhiana Bypass Project

CEIGALL INDIA LIMITED's subsidiary, "CEIGALL SOUTHERN LUDHIANA BYPASS PRIVATE LIMITED", has executed the Concession Agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on May 5, 2025. This project involves the development of the 6-lane Greenfield Southern Ludhiana Bypass from the intersection with NH44 near Village Rajgarh to the intersection with the Delhi Katra Expressway (NE 5) near Village Ballowal, covering a distance from km 00+000 to Km 25+240.

This development is part of the Ludhiana-Ajmer Economic Corridor on Hybrid Annuity Mode under NH (O) in the state of Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs 864.97 crore, while the estimated bid project cost, as intimated by the authority in the Letter of Acceptance (LOA), is Rs 1063.79 crore. The completion period for the project is set at 24 months. The bid price for this project is Rs 923 crore. This execution follows the company's earlier communication dated March 13, 2025, and is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.
