Rs 350 crore Order Book: Pipe & Tube Manufacturer Adds 3,600 MTPA Welded Tubes Capacity at Dhaneti Facility

Venus Pipes & Tubes Ltd, a leading Indian exporter and manufacturer of stainless-steel pipes and tubes, has commenced operations at its newly expanded Welded Tubes facility in Dhaneti, Gujarat. The new value-added unit adds 3,600 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) capacity, bringing the company’s total welded pipes and tubes capacity to 27,600 MTPA. This move is aimed at tapping into high-margin product segments and expanding Venus Pipes & Tubes’ integrated piping solutions offering.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2024, the company posted revenue of Rs 802 crore and a net profit of Rs 94 crore. The Quarterly Results and FY25 results are to be announced on May 26, 2025. Its product range includes seamless and welded stainless-steel pipes and tubes, such as high precision and heat exchanger tubes, hydraulic and instrumentation tubes, seamless pipes, welded pipes, and LSAW pipes. Venus Pipes & Tubes exports to over 30 countries, including the US, UK, EU, and the Middle East.
