These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 349.89 points or 0.45 per cent. By 9.17 am, the index stood at 84,843.12, signifying a gain of 70.92 points or 0.08 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.48 per cent, power zoomed by 0.58 and auto soared by 0.45 per cent.

Meanwhile, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, Yes Bank Ltd, and Tips Industries Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.

Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 6.68 per cent to trade at Rs 743.95 apiece. On April 19, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. IST, the company updated that the FIR filed against Chairman Mr. Shyam S. Bhartia has been closed. The police found the allegations to be baseless and false, and the Hon’ble Court accepted the Closure Report after reviewing the complainant's statements. Mr. Bhartia had earlier denied the allegations. The company reiterated that the case had no material impact on its operations.

Yes Bank Ltd, an S&P BSE company, rose 5.58 per cent to trade at Rs 19.10 apiece. The bank announced financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025

Tips Industries Ltd, an S&P BSE company, gained 4.99 per cent to trade at Rs 694.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
