Denta Water & Infra Solutions Ltd (DWISL), established in 2016, operates within the water engineering, procurement, and construction sectors, providing comprehensive water and infrastructure solutions. The company specialises in the design, installation, and commissioning of water management infrastructure projects, with a particular expertise in groundwater recharging utilising recycled water, positioning them as one of the few Indian companies with experience across the entire project lifecycle, including operations and maintenance. Beyond water management, DWISL also undertakes construction projects in the railways and highways sectors, showcasing a diversified approach to infrastructure development.

Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited reported its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, marking a significant strategic shift with a disciplined operational scale-up and a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). Although revenue saw a marginal dip to Rs 203.29 crore, primarily due to project execution cycles and billing timeline adjustments, the company demonstrated continued improvement in key profitability metrics. EBITDA reached Rs 72.43 crore, with an impressive EBITDA margin of 35.63 per cent, while Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 52.89 crore, reflecting a PAT margin of 26.02 per cent, an increase from the prior year's 25.34 per cent. This margin expansion occurred despite temporary revenue recognition delays in Q4 FY25, with management anticipating these deferred transactions to materialise as significant revenue in the first half of FY2026.
