Watch out for these two stocks on September 7 that closed at their days high on Tuesday!

The equity markets managed to close flat on Tuesday with Dow Futures indicating a better day for the global markets ahead. If global markets are supportive, we may see an upmarket day on September 7.

A positive closing or a closing at the day’s high is always considered bullish as it indicates heavy buying at the counter. The strong buying momentum is usually expected to continue when a particular stock closes at its day’s high.

Nalco, Hindustan Adhesives, and GMM Pfaudler are just some of the trending stocks on Tuesday that closed near their day’s high.

The following two stocks with price volume breakout should be on investors’ watchlist for September 7:

DCW: The shares of DCW jumped more than 11 per cent during Tuesday’s trading session with a spurt in volumes of over 6.67 times. The shares of DCW managed to close near its day's high on Tuesday and should be on investors’ watchlist for Wednesday’s trading session.

Vijaya Diagnostic Centre: The shares of Vijaya Diagnostic Centre managed to close higher by more than 7 per cent during Tuesday’s trading session, also closing near its day’s high.  The price volume breakout in the counter augurs well for the bulls and hence, the company's shares will be on investors' watchlist.
