List of mid-cap & small-cap stocks making biggest move in opening hour: PNB Housing & Tide Water lock at upper circuit!

India markets have begun Thursday’s session on a flat note. However, the broader markets were seen relatively outperforming with Nifty Midcap 100 and Nifty Smallcap 100 advancing by 0.26 per cent and 0.50 per cent, respectively.   

So, here is the list of stocks that are making their biggest move in the first hour of the trade!  

Equitas Holdings: The stock has continued its upmove from where it had left in the last trading session. It is up by over 10 per cent on Thursday. Besides, the stock is nearly 27 per cent up on WTD basis.   

3P Land Holdings: The stock is locked at the upper limit. It has formed a bullish Marubozu candle.   

Emami Paper Mills: The stock is trading up by over 9 per cent on a day where the frontline indices are trading flat. Also, the stock has registered a fresh all-time high on Thursday.   

Skipper: Skipper Ltd has also seen a ferocious move in early deals as the stock jumped over 9 per cent along with decent volumes. It has recorded nearly 3 lakh shares of volume as against 5.46 lakh shares witnessed in the last trading session.   

PNB Housing: PNB Housing has hit the upper limit of the day as PNB told its subsidiary, PNB Housing Finance to reconsider its contentious Rs 4,000 crore deal with Carlyle Group and carve out an alternate capital raising plan that is compliant with the rules of SEBI.   

Tide Water Oil: The stock has hit its upper limit of 5 per cent on Thursday and also, hit a fresh high.   

HG Infra: The stock is up by over 7 per cent as Texas Retirement Fund buys stake in the company.   

Novartis India: The stock has gained over 7 per cent along with robust volume as it is on the verge of surpassing its previous trading session volumes.
