The markets on August 01, 2019 opened gap down. BSE Sensex is trading at 36738.67, down by 742.45 points and the Nifty is trading at 10892.85, down by 192.55 points. 

Tata Consultancy Services has launched the ADD (Advanced Drug Development) size feasibility platform which provides life sciences companies with a single, integrated platform that digitises the site selection and activation processes, and facilitates data-driven decision-making while assessing site feasibility for multi-site clinical trials.

Generally, D/E should be less than one as it lends financial stability. But there are capital intensive industries like infra, capital goods wherein D/E ratio remains at a higher level compared with the companies that operate in the FMCG and IT space which are like cash-generating machines.

Specialty pharmaceutical company, Unichem Laboratories informed the bourses that United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has conducted a routine GMP surveillance at company’s Goa formulation facility. The company had submitted ANDAs from this facility.
