Adani Power Limited’s resolution plan to acquire controlling equity stake and restructure debt in GMR Chhattisgarh Energy Limited (GCEL) has been approved through the Letter of Intent (LOI) issued dated June 24, 2019 by the consortium of lenders led by Axis Bank, which is acting as the lead lender.

Persistent Systems informed the bourses that its subsidiary Persistent Systems Germany GmbH has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 100 per cent stake in the capital of Youperience GmbH for cash consideration of 6.8 million euros.
