India’s second largest telecom operator (nearly 32 per cent market share) Bharti Airtel is looking to come with IPO of its subsidiary -- Airtel Africa, where it is eyeing over $1 billion initial public offer (IPO) in London.

Reliance Entertainment has joined hands with PVR Pictures Limited to distribute films pan India. This venture is the first endeavour of its kind in the Indian film industry. PVR Pictures is the motion picture arm of PVR Limited, India's largest cinema chain.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited has laid the foundation stone for a 5 MW solar power plant at the Gurugram facility. This captive power plant is expected to get commissioned in FY20.
