Alkem Laboratories Limited has acquired an undertaking, as a whole and on a going and running concern basis from Cachet Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, a subsidiary of the company.

In a press release, the company said that the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has successfully concluded inspection at Unichem Laboratories’ newly commissioned Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) facility at Kolhapur in Maharashtra without any FDA form 483 being issued.

The stock has given a bounce from the edge of the rising trendline support and it is coinciding with the 100-week exponential moving average.
