The markets on April 12, 2019 opened up. BSE Sensex is trading at 38,611.64, up by 4.63 points and the Nifty is trading at 11,594.75, down by 1.95 points. 

Leading capital good company Thermax informed the bourses that it has acquired the entire stake in its joint venture SPX Energy Technologies Limited (TSPX) on Thursday from partners namely Mutares Holding-24 AG, Germany and Balcke-Dürr GmbH, Germany.

Cipla Limited has launched Niveoli, India’s first extra-fine particle beclomethasone-formoterol combination hydrofluoroalkane (HFA) inhaler for adults, targeting drug delivery to the small airways.

The company has signed a joint venture with Jopp Holding, Germany for production and sale of auto components. Reacting to the development, the stock of Lumax Auto Technologies was up more than 2 per cent in the morning session.
