Markets are likely to open flat following a mixed close on the Wall Street overnight. At the time of writing, SGX Nifty was trading around 11,699 level, up with a gain of 16 points.

The 20-day exponential moving average, which is placed around 29,530, is likely to act as immediate support, while the major support is placed around 29,150. On the upside, all-time high of 30,648.10 level will be a major hurdle for the index.

The stock had formed Evening Doji Star candlestick pattern. It is a reversal candlestick pattern which is bearish in nature and appears at the end of an uptrend.

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on April 9 are Paisalo Digital, Tata Steel BSL, Cyient, V-Mart Retail and Vanta Bioscience

Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers has started the operations of Ammonia, Urea and ABC plants after the maintenance activities undertaken annually. The shares were trading in green.
