Sun Pharma has declared the launch of Infugem which will be available commercially in the US. Infugem is the very first and only chemotherapy product available in a premixed and ready-to-infuse formulation. The shares of Sun Pharma opened in green on Monday.

NIIT Tech announced that funds affiliated with Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) have signed definitive agreements to purchase 30 per cent shareholding of NIIT Tech from NIIT and other promoter entities, leading to an open offer at a price of Rs. 1,394 per share.
