The first real estate REIT to be listed on the Indian exchanges traded stably on its first day of trading. The real estate investment trust (REIT) traded up by more than 4 per cent intraday on Monday.

The shares of Intellect Design Arena, a leading B2B fintech company, jumped by nearly 7 per cent on winning a large deal in North America. This is the highest ever deal won by the company.

The company has paid a one-time settlement amount of US$135 million, on Friday. Lately, Jubilant Pharma had raised unsecured bonds of US$200 million which was utilised for the repayment of the said loan.

SpiceJet was trading positive after the company declared the launch of 28 new flights. Under the government’s UDAN scheme, SpiceJet has launched 14 new flights, connecting the unserved regions of Jharsuguda, Kishangarh and Lakhimpur to key metros and cities across the country.
