Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), a maharatna company, acquired the Abu Dhabi Onshore block 1, the company announced in an exchange filing on Monday.

The markets on March 25, 2019 opened gap down. BSE Sensex is trading at 37,737.27, down by 427.34 points and the Nifty is trading at 11,333.20, down by 123.70 points. 

L&T’s construction arm has won multiple orders from prestigious clients across different states in India. The orders of upto Rs. 5,000 crore include construction works pertaining to buildings & factories and water & effluent treatment segments.

Issues like OPEC’s production cuts and US sanctions on Iran and Venezuela were eclipsed by concerns of an economic slowdown in the US combined with increased inflation expectations. These concerns were a result of bearish statements coming from the Federal Reserve, which led the 10-year treasury yields to touch their lowest levels since early 2018.

The Board of Directors of Precision Camshafts Limited (PCL) have approved the acquisition of the remaining 5 per cent equity stake in Memco Engineering Private Limited. The paid-up capital of the target entity is Rs. 7.2 crore.
