The Board of Directors held a meeting today in which they approved the proposal for buyback of approximately 16,37,500 fully paid-up equity shares of the company with a face value of Rs. 10 each for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 262 crore.

India is likely to raise prices of domestic natural gas for the 4th consecutively time. This will bolster the earnings of the producers of natural gas.

The prospects of the cement industry in India seem to be mixed with their fair share of positives and negatives in 2019. This outlook is shared by two major cement players, namely – ACC Ltd. and Ambuja Cements Ltd.

The company has entered the coworking business segment with the launch of a new brand BuzzWorks. Brigade plans to start off with 2,500 seats space across 7 locations.
