The stock of GOCL Corp was scaling highs on Thursday as the company informed that the US regulator has approved the merger of Quaker Chemical and Houghton International.

The company's consolidated revenue for the quarter came in at Rs. 2,394.73 crore as against Rs. 1,968.35 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, recording an appreciation of 21.66 per cent YoY. The increasing revenue during the quarter was led by increased efficiency of workforce management and Tech services.

RIL reported a steep drop in free cash flows as they declined to the lowest levels seen in the last 11 years. The drop in free cash flows is primarily on account of rising capital expenditure.

The markets on July 25, 2019 opened up. BSE Sensex is trading at 37,784.61, down by 63.04 points and the Nifty is trading at 11,256.05, down by 15.25 points. 

The company's consolidated revenue for the quarter came in at Rs. 161.89 crore as against Rs. 235.83 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a decline of 31.35 per cent YoY. The weak revenue during the quarter was primarily due to a steep decline in government business.
