Private power transmission and distribution company Tata Power announced that the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary in renewable energy business received a Letter of Award (LoA), on Thursday.

The stock of leading cigarette producers Godfrey Phillips India Limited saw dip during Thursday's last trading session after its board announced a dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share. The stock closed down by 4 per cent.

The Board of Directors of Alkem Laboratories recommended a final dividend of Rs. 8 per equity share for the financial year ended March, 2019. Reacting to this announcement, the stock of Alkem Laboratories was up more than 3 per cent on Thursday.
