Bangalore-based micro-credit finance company CreditAccess Grameen informed in a stock exchange filing that has completed transaction of Rs. 138.89 crore through Direct Assignment of portfolio loans, on Wednesday after market hours.

Suntech Realty Limited is set to create a large portfolio with an investment of Rs. 5,000 crore in commercial and retail properties over the next four years. A benchmark trend is expected to set in the commercial and retail estate market with this well-planned strategic growth.
