PVR Cinemas and CJ 4DPLEX, the world's leading cinema technology company has signed a new deal at CinemaCon 2019 to open 10 ScreenX theatres in India by 2021

The fiscal year 2018-19 the Indian market has gone through a roller-coaster ride, but it finished the fiscal year in a positive note and the benchmark index BSE Sensex delivered a stellar return of around 17 per cent during the fiscal.

The markets on April 05, 2019 opened gap up. BSE Sensex is trading at 38,750.05, up by 65.33 points and the Nifty is trading at 11,635.30, up by 37.30 points. 

The Board of Directors of GM Breweries Limited has recommended a dividend at the rate of 30 per cent, i.e., Rs. 3.00 per share. The payment of the dividend is subject to the approval of members at the upcoming AGM.
