SeQuent Scientific Limited (SSL) reported a healthy financial performance in the quarter ended March 2019.

The company reports profit after tax (PAT) of Rs. 82.59 crore for Q4FY19. The company's board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2 per share.

Markets soar in anticipation of a Narendra Modi led government in the center. The BSE Sensex scaled 40,054.42, up by 944.21 point or 2.41 per cent, while Nifty50 was at 12,031.95, up by 294.05 points or 2.51 per cent.

Of the 542 seats in fray, BJP-led alliance NDA is leading in 321 seats, while Congress-led alliance UPA is leading in 94 seats, and in 92 seats Others are leading.
