Greaves Cotton’s Buyback Committee has resolved in the meeting held on May 23, the number of equity shares to be bought back shall be up to 1.3 crore equity shares representing 5.32 per cent of the total number of equity shares in the paid-up share capital of the company.

The markets on May 24, 2019 opened gap up. BSE Sensex is trading at 39,255.12, up by 443.73 points and the Nifty is trading at 11,792.80, up by 135.75 points.

Zuari Agro Chemicals on Thursday informed the bourses that, rating agency ICRA has downgraded its short term and long-term funds worth Rs. 4215 crore. The long-term rating was downgraded to D from BB (Negative) earlier. While short-term also downgraded to D from A4.

JMC Projects India Limited has bagged new orders worth Rs. 616 crores. The orders include residential and commercial projects in South India.
