IndusInd Bank terminates the agreement to acquire stakes in IL&FS Sec and ISSL, while the newly appointed board of IL&FS invites Expression of Interest from new bidders.

Following stocks are close to their 52-week low as at 1.11 p.m. on November 13, 2018.

InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of pharma major Cipla, is set to acquire Avenue Therapeutics, a NASDAQ listed pharmaceutical company. The shares of Cipla, however, were trading marginally down at 0.54 per cent in the morning trading session.

The markets on November 13, 2018 opened gap down. BSE Sensex is trading at 34,872.89, up by 59.90 points and the Nifty is trading at 10,505.45, up by 23.25 points. 

The company's premium range of cars, which contribute majorly to its revenues, registered a 6 per cent YoY growth in October 2018, said a company release reporting Tata Motor's global wholesale figures.
