Infosys consolidated revenue for the quarter came in at Rs. 20609 crore, registering an increase of 7.74 per cent QoQ. In USD terms, Q2FY19 revenues rose by 3.2 per cent QoQ, while in constant currency terms.

Alembic Pharmaceuticals (APL) has received USFDA tentative approval for its ANDA Alogliptin tablets of 6.25 mg, 12.5 mg and 25 mg. The stock of Alembic Pharmaceuticals opened on a positive note with open and low as the same level, indicating optimism throughout the day. 

India’s largest supplier of industrial storage batteries and second largest automotive battery manufacturer, Amara Raja Batteries (ARBL), is looking to spend almost Rs. 700 crore for expansion of its capacity by setting up greenfield facilities at Chitoor, Andhra Pradesh. 

The company has received purchase order for designing, building and managing the Indian Navy’s digital network. The total cost of the project is Rs 3500 crore.
