Ramco Systems announces launch of smart, AI-based payslip service

Ramco Systems Ltd, a next-gen software company, announced today the launch of ‘Self Explaining Payslip’, a service that makes use of smart technology and artificial intelligence (AI).   

With the help of this special service, employees can seek prompt and personalised explanations of their compensation and payslip components. This cuts down the time taken to write to a payroll helpdesk and wait for a response.  

Powered by its anomaly & reasoning engine, deploying this service will result in offloading of over 50 per cent of payroll queries that are answered by the HR helpdesk. These include queries related to the payments that differ from time to time, along with information that is not directly available in a payslip and other tax-related queries.   

Secured with two-factor authentication, employees can utilise this service round the clock and can have ease of experience through proactive notifications across payslip availability, tax declarations & salary analytics.  

Along with this, employees can create a support ticket automatically or commence an audio/video call with the payroll helpdesk. Thus, this service can help companies reduce the dependency on their payroll helpdesk/BPO support by more than 50 per cent. This will also result in a better employee experience and increased productivity of the payroll teams.   

At 3.11 pm, the share price of Ramco Systems Ltd was trading at Rs 541.90, a decrease of over 2.05 per cent from its previous close of Rs 553.25 on BSE.
