Rs 600+ crore order book: Defence company receives order worth Rs 4,94,00,000 from Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd

CFF Fluid Control Limited has secured a significant domestic order valued at Rs 4,94,00,000 from Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE). This contract specifically entails the supply of spares for three ship sets of GRSE's P17A project, with the delivery of these essential components expected to be completed by December 2025. This order reinforces CFF Fluid Control Limited's role as a key supplier in India's shipbuilding industry.

Earlier, the company secured a significant domestic order from the Controller of Procurement Material Organisation, based in Mumbai. The contract, valued at approximately Rs 11.72 crore (including tax), is for the supply of spares for P75. CFF Fluid Control Limited is expected to complete the delivery of these spares by June 2026.

CFF Fluid Control Limited is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing and servicing shipboard machinery. The company manufactures critical component systems and test facilities for submarines and surface ships for the Indian Navy. The company has a market cap of over Rs 1,200 crore and reported positive numbers in its half-yearly results (H2FY25) and annual results (FY25). The company has an order book of over Rs 600 crore.

The company's shares have an ROE of 18 per cent and an ROCE of 22 per cent. The stock is up by 66.33 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 392 per share and has given multibagger returns of 270 per cent in 3 years.
