Wipro: Wipro has completed the takeover of Metro-NOM GMBH and Metro Systems Romania SRL for a purchase consideration of EUR 52.04 million based on the financials at the time of completion of the transaction.  

LTTS: Amit Chadha takes charge as CEO & MD of L&T Technology Services (LTTS).   

Tata Motors: Tata Motors completes sale of its defence business to Tata Advanced Systems Limited.  

SAIL: SAIL has recorded its best-ever quarterly performance in both production and sales during Q4FY21. Crude steel production grew 6 per cent YoY and was up by 4 per cent sequentially as well. Sales jumped 14 per cent YoY, while sequentially, it rose 3 per cent.  

HDFC: HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, LP have partnered to target the creation of a special situation platform focussed on high-yield opportunities in the Indian residential real estate sector. The platform will seek to purchase inventory and provide last-mile funding for under construction residential projects across India, among other real estate-related opportunities.  

Ashiana Housing: Ashiana Housing announced that it booked an area of 8.31 lakh sq. ft (value of area sold Rs 299.71 crore) in Q4FY21.   

BRNL: Bharat Road Network Limited (BRNL) signs deal with Cube Highways for the sale of a 126-kilometre road project in Uttar Pradesh, India.  

Time Technoplast: The company is pleased to announce that CNG Cascade Type-IV has received an overwhelming response in a short period of time. The company has recently received a single order worth Rs 41.6 crore approx. from one of the leading gas distribution companies in India. This is in addition to the orders received and valued at about Rs 12 crore already.  

Bajaj Electricals: Bajaj Electricals has declared lay-off, as per the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 at the company’s manufacturing unit located at Shikohabad (Uttar Pradesh) until further notice.   

Olectra Greentech: The total order book of Olectra for electric buses stand over 1,300 electric buses.
