In the week of June 30 to July 4, 2025, several companies have scheduled corporate actions including final dividends, stock splits, bonus issues, and rights issues. These events can influence investor sentiment and stock movement depending on the nature and size of the announcements.
On Monday, June 30, 2025, companies such as CFF Fluid Control Ltd, Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Ltd, Indian Hotels Company Ltd, and Sagarsoft (India) Ltd will determine eligible shareholders for final dividend payments. The dividend amounts are Rs 0.5, Rs 1.5, Rs 2.25, and Rs 2 per share respectively. In addition, MIRC Electronics Ltd has announced a rights issue with a record date of June 30. The issue opens on July 14 and closes on July 21 at an issue price of Rs 10 per share. The company plans to raise Rs 49.49 crore with a rights entitlement of 3 shares for every 14 shares held.
On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, Cera Sanitaryware Ltd will pay a final dividend of Rs 65 per share, while JSW Infrastructure Ltd and Polychem Ltd will offer Rs 0.8 and Rs 20 respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd and Tech Mahindra Ltd have announced the highest dividend payouts at Rs 25.3 and Rs 30 per share respectively. Others include Rs 6 by Bharat Forge, Rs 18 by Escorts Kubota, Rs 20 by Gloster Ltd, Rs 10 by Nestle India, and Rs 14.5 by SKF India.
On the same day, Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd will carry out a stock split from a face value of Rs 10 to Rs 5 in a 1:2 ratio. Container Corporation of India Ltd will issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:4.
In terms of additional capital raising, T T Ltd has also scheduled a rights issue with a record date of July 4. The issue price is Rs 12 per share, with a ratio of 4:27, aiming to raise Rs 399.97 crore. The issue will remain open from July 17 to July 31, 2025.
