Bonus Issue: Shares of this company reached a 52-week high after soaring over 860 per cent in just one year!

With a spurt in volume, shares of the company concluded the Friday's trading session more than 5 per cent higher!

Indian headline indices fell sharply in the closing trades of the session, heavily dragged down by losses in metals and real estate sectors. The BSE Sensex tumbled 0.69 per cent to 57,527 level at the close. The Nifty 50 index plunged 0.77 per cent to a level of 16,945.  

Broader indices underperformed the main indices by a significant margin. Growington Ventures India Ltd is one of the Small-Cap stocks that drew attention from investors due to its remarkable upswing in an otherwise lacklustre market.  

With a spurt in volume, shares of Growington Ventures India Ltd concluded the session more than 5 per cent higher and reached a new 52-week high on the BSE at Rs 99.85 per share as they turned ex-bonus on Friday.

The company earlier stated that it had approved the issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 24 bonus equity shares of Rs 10 each for every 100 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each and that it had fixed March 25, 2023 as the record date.  

Shares of the company have skyrocketed more than 860 per cent in the past year, with outstanding returns of about 94 per cent in last six months!
