The issue price is Rs 140 per rights Equity share (including a premium of Rs 135 per rights equity share). The issue opening date is Wednesday, April 26, 2023 and the closing date is Thursday, May 11, 2023.   

Today, shares of Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd surged 0.06 per cent to Rs 158.35 per share with an intraday high of Rs 162 and an intraday low of Rs 157.55.   

Incorporated in 1993, Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd. is one of the leading alcoholic beverages manufacturers in India engaged in the manufacturing and sale of Beer and Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL).  

Talking about the financials, Som Distilleries & Breweries has a market cap of Rs 1,168.06 crore. The company reported excellent Quarterly Results. In Q3FY23, net sales doubled and net profit was 13x compared to the same quarter last year.  

The stock gave multibagger returns of 200.83 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 53.85 per share and over 130 per cent returns in just 1 year. Investors should keep an eye on this Small-Cap stock.
