About 1,002 shares have advanced, 2,591 declined and 143 are unchanged on BSE.   

On Monday at 02:35 pm, the benchmark Indian indices were trading higher with the BSE Sensex Index up 0.82 per cent at a level of 58,000 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index up 0.83 per cent at 17,087.  

The broader market indices were trading mixed, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.18 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.99 per cent, respectively. About 1,002 shares have advanced, 2,591 declined and 143 are unchanged on BSE.   

Today's top trending stocks on BSE are Aarti Drugs, Burnpur Cement, AIA Engineering, Delphi World Money, Cyient, Nitta Gelatin India, EPL Ltd, National Oxygen Ltd, Lupin, Morepen Laboratories, Vijaya Diagnostic Centre and Suraj Ltd

On March 24, domestic institutional investors (DII) bought shares worth Rs 2,555.53 crore while foreign institutional investors (FII) net sold shares worth Rs 1,720.44 crore.
